These are not available and ready to ship and they should remove that statement on the product page. I ordered 12/18 and my item still shows as confirmed and not sent. I sent email a week ago but no reply. I tried to just cancel the order but that isnt an option online. Frustrating. Being overwhelmed by orders is understandable just please say these are super back ordered and not list them as availbke to ship. Perhaps by leaving this I will get a response or just a refund, please.
